But according to some studies, a vegetarian diet is not without risk. Health experts said that a vegetarian diet can actually trigger eating disorders (eating disorder) in young women.

The study, published 1 April in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association revealed that eating disorders occur because they are vegetarian dieters take an instant to taking diet pills are diuretics. The pills help speed up the process of removing food.

A healthy vegetarian diet is not just consume vegetables and fruit, but should be able to meet the needs of all the nutrients the body needs from carbohydrates, protein, vitamins, minerals, and so on.

Previously, another study revealed that a vegetarian diet can lead to deficiency of proteins derived primarily from meat, fish, eggs and milk. But it can be overcome with high protein intake from plant materials.
