Feel fuller for longer may help you lose weight. Because hormones are generated from foods containing protein and carbohydrates to make a satiety signal in the brain last longer. So, to feel full you will be lazy for a snack that can ruin your diet.

Besides eating foods that contain protein and carbohydrates, you also have to change your eating habits.

"The hunger and satiety involves physical and psychological aspects. Factor is the physical aspect of food choice and eating habits is the psychological aspect, "said Andy Hill, professor of medical psychology at the University of Leeds, UK.

Now how can I make you feel full without forgetting the diet? Follow the tips!

1. Limit the variety of food in your plate
Variety of food was so stoked appetite. But, for who are dieting should be avoided. The more variety of food in the dishes will make your appetite increase and will make you longer to get satisfaction of eating.

2. Eat alone and focus
It sounds weird. But to enjoy the food as you become more focused. If you usually eat while talking to friends or watching television from now eat with focus. It will make you feel full faster.

3. Enjoy chew food.
Chew food slowly. Enjoy the aroma and taste of each bite. It will affect the production of hormones that induce satiety.

4. Use plates with medium or small size
If you normally use a large plate to eat from now move on to a small plate or moderate. By using many plates of food you will be more, and certainly not effective for your diet.

5. Enjoy a snack two hours after a big meal
After eating normally you want to enjoy a snack. If so you should wait for two hours. Let the undigested food to enjoy your new perfect snack.

6. Limit consumption of sugar
Sugar content can trigger hunger. Should avoid excessive consumption of sugary foods. It's just going to ruin your diet.

7. Enough sleep
If lack of sleep, your body produces more ghrelin (a hormone that makes you feel hungry) and a few produces the hormone leptin (the hormone that makes you full).
