Effective Diet Two Days In Week

Diet is one way that many women do to lose weight. Often the diet with calorie counting is done for seven days a week until their bodies feel really skinny.

Yet according to a recent study conducted at University Hospital in South Manchester, conducted a strict diet for two days a week is more effective for weight loss than counting calories that enter the body during the week.

The researchers found that woman who ate fruits, vegetables, and lean meat for two days during the week, and the remaining five days of eating a variety of foods that are free like, it can lose weight almost twice more than women are on a strict diet constantly.

For this experiment, the researchers put 115 women volunteers to run one of three diets were tested. In the first diet, the women were required to consume a diet with only 650 calories a day for two days a week. This diet made it by reducing the consumption of calories from carbohydrates such as pasta, bread, and potatoes, as well as all the fatty foods. After running the diet for two days, they were released five days rest to eat healthy foods that they like.

Women on both diets are also required to reduce carbohydrates for two days a week, but they were not given food limitation in a certain amount of calories. On five days rest, they are also allowed to consume healthy foods they like.
Finally, the third type of diet, these women followed a weight loss diet standard (continuous) with only consume about 1,500 calories per day and avoid fatty foods and alcohol.

After three months of running this diet program, diet programs woman running first and second, respectively can lose weight by 4 pounds. This figure is apparently almost twice as much as women with a third type of diet constantly. They were only able to lose weight about 2.4 pounds.

Dr Michelle Harvie of the Genesis Breast Cancer Prevention Centre at the venue revealed, during the last five days on the diet because they do not carry over effect is still a strict diet that has been run over the two previous days.
