Balanced Diet Yin and Yang

Balancing concept and applies in all areas of life. Also for food.

In Chinese tradition, the concept of Yin and Yang which means balancing force in all areas of life. Food is no exception. Through food, the body will get energy.

Energy in the food will be used to sustain our bodies. Effects of energy food diet is the foundation of the practice known as macrobiotics, a diet of grains, vegetables, and avoiding the use of animal products and processed.

So, how the concept of Yin and Yang effect on daily food intake?

Yin
Yin is described there in the dark, cold, pressure. Foods that provide the body's Yin energy as sweeteners, oils, fluids, know, and almost all dairy products such as milk, yogurt. All of these foods have a cooling effect on the body, and can even make the body weak. However, this effect depends on the temperature of the food. Yang

In order to provide the perfect balance
Diet is based on the principle of balance centered on whole grains instead of meat. Diet was combined with vegetables, beans, soups, and fish, as well as sweets. The food is processed, packaged, or containing chemicals should be avoided, as well as animal products.

If consumed in excess, both Yin and Yang foods adversely affect the body. Therefore, it is recommended to eat foods Yin and Yang are balanced in accordance food spectrum.
