If you have questions true men lose weight more easily than women?
True, men burn fat more easily than women, because:

1. hormone testosterone causes the muscle mass of men more than women, so it burns more.

2. Women have estrogen hormone that functions grow female organs, so that the female body is storing more fat.

3. After the 30 years, a woman's body will be more difficult to burn fat because of a decline in growth hormone and progesterone. Both these hormones play a role in the process of fat burning.

However, there are other things that make burning fat. First, the consumption of simple carbohydrates (white rice, sugar, instant noodles, cakes, and so on). These types of carbohydrates stimulate insulin secretion which is a fat storage hormone.

Second, do not do weight training. The perception that weight training will make women become stocky make women reluctant to weight training. In fact, muscles that form is a fat burner, and made a woman's body becomes more curvy.

The solution, exchange simple carbohydrates with complex carbohydrates, the consumption of fruit 3 times a day to help the body's metabolism, add weight training in your exercise schedule, and consumption of coffee or green tea without sugar before exercise to speed up the fat burning process.
