When you're on a diet program and be very careful with food, bananas and peanut butter could be an option. Breakfast rice is already a habit and hard to break. No need to be removed, simply avoided.

Bananas and peanut butter can be your choice to lose weight. The texture of bananas that can make your stomach full faster and make you rich proteins have no reason to eat it.

Ingredients:

Bananas (1 piece)
Peanut butter (3 tablespoons)
Milk (one small glass)
Ice cube
Protein powder (one tablespoon)

Making way:

Pour a little milk in the mixer and add the bananas that have been cut into pieces. Combine milk and bananas until smooth. Then, add the peanut butter, milk and ice cubes. Then mix the ingredients with a mixer. Once it is smooth, pour the protein powder and blend for 2 seconds. Add milk if it is less viscous.

Peanut butter banana milkshake and ready to be served to your diet.
