Modern women increasingly rare activity clean the house. As a result, they could be at risk of overweight to obese, according to new research.

Archer also added that the work of women who require it to sit for a long time and rarely clean the house suspected to be the cause of the onset of obesity.

Cases of obesity is increasing for the last decade, especially in the United States. Quite an irony, considering that there are still many poor countries where the population is still very hungry.

Researchers also warned that moving lazy habits of pregnant women not only endanger the health of the mother, but also the baby.

"In addition to women, men too lazy to move more and more in number. That is a factor of the obesity epidemic today," said Archer.

Varicose veins is a condition in which the blood vessels under the skin ruptured. This is not always due to obesity but excessive weight gain can increase the risk of varicose veins.

4. High cholesterol

Obesity is naturally associated with an unhealthy lifestyle. Unhealthy eating habits make harmful cholesterol accumulates in the body and block your arteries.

5. Shortness of breath
